Our Story
Latitude Change BBQ was born from a passion for great food from around the world. Owner Patrick is retired USAF. While born and raised right here in Seguin, Patrick spent a bit of his career around the world searching for the best BBQ while trying to fill the void of his access to South Central Texas BBQ. After finding the perfect BBQ in several different regions, he studied how each meal was made and tried to re-create them while always keeping his home close by for infusion into each dish.
